On this page we provide a list of government agencies and private foundations that support efforts to control and prevent the spread of invasive species of all kinds. The full list is shown below. You can use the drop-down boxes to find grants you’re eligible for and to filter by grantee type and taxa of concern.
Once you identify grants for which you are eligible, click on the hyperlinks to be taken to a website with more information or be given an email address of the person you can contact for more information. In one instance, a telephone number is provided instead of a link.
At the bottom are several websites that were helpful in finding the resources presented here. In a few instances, foundations listed on those websites did not want to be listed here since their target audience differs from our intended audience. Please do not contact them.
Please read the eligibility criteria for each grant carefully. Eligibility criteria vary from one grant to another and our categories provide only a general summary of eligibility.
Finally, this webpage will require periodic updates. Please contact us if you find expired webpages or broken links. We especially want to hear from you if you know of funding sources for invasive species that we missed.
